I have been running for 5 years, and have been very injury prone during that time. I have always been aware of my shuffling style of running, and all my race photos seem to have me with both feet on the ground, looking like I’m standing still! Paul has helped me to identify what I need to do differently, not only in terms of running style, but also in terms of strength work and stretching.
Last year I tore a meniscus in my knee, and have other historic recurring injuries. Paul was aware of this, adapted my training accordingly, and where he felt that drills or exercises may aggravate my injuries, has come up with suitable alternatives.
I am looking forward to returning to fitness and trying out the techniques Paul has taught me, which I am also hoping will reduce my exposure to further injury!
Paul has demonstrated a real desire to improve and motivate his clients, and his enthusiasm and knowledge shines through during every session. Best of all, the sessions are enjoyable, but don’t be fooled into thinking they will be easy, Paul will find ways to challenge you!

Paul is motivating to work hard without being in your face and definitely knows his trade. The workout sessions are hard but fun and use a range of cardio and resistance workouts which are never boring. He’s a professional person, always looking to get the most out of all our sessions and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. It’s been a number of years since undertaking regular running and weight based exercises and now I find I’m actually looking forward to my workouts.
